Refund Policy

We want you to feel good about paying for ClearHold. Here's what our refund policy looks like.
Inspect freely. Refund closes when you take the deliverable.
The accountant pack comes in two states. Draft packs are watermarked NOT FOR FILING and are always available. Download them as many times as you like to inspect the quality. Final packs (the file-ready version, watermark removed) are generated only when you click Generate file-ready version and confirm. Generating a final pack is the moment you take the deliverable, and that's when the no-questions refund window closes.
Core monthly subscription
Standard rate: NZ$24.90/mo incl GST. Founder rate (first 50 sign-ups, locked in for the life of the subscription): NZ$14.90/mo incl GST, with a 30-day free trial.
Full refund of any amount charged within 30 days of your first paid month, or until you generate your first final accountant pack, whichever comes first. Email hello@clearhold.nz.
After that, you can cancel at any time from your billing page. Cancellation stops future charges; we don't pro-rate the current month, and you keep access until the end of the month you've paid for.
Consumer Guarantees Act
Nothing in this policy overrides your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. If the Service isn't fit for purpose or doesn't match what we describe, you're entitled to a remedy under the Act regardless of the refund windows above.
How to request a refund
Email hello@clearhold.nz from the email address on your ClearHold account. Include the invoice ID if you have it (it's on your receipt). We'll process eligible refunds within 5 business days back to the original payment method.
