Refund Policy

We want you to feel good about paying for ClearHold. Here's what our refund policy looks like.
Annual Core plan (NZ$179/yr incl GST)
Full refund within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked — email hello@clearhold.nz. After 30 days, we don't pro-rate the current year; you keep access until the end of the year you've paid for.
Founding 50 lifetime access (NZ$149 / NZ$199)
Full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. Your Founding 50 seat is returned to the pool. After 14 days, lifetime access is non-refundable, but you keep it for life.
Akahu bank-sync add-on
Monthly plans: cancel any time in your Billing settings. The current month is non-refundable; you keep access until the end of the month.
Annual plans: full refund within 30 days of purchase. After that, pro-rated on request for the unused months.
Consumer Guarantees Act
Nothing in this policy overrides your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. If the Service isn't fit for purpose or doesn't match what we describe, you're entitled to a remedy under the Act regardless of the refund windows above.
How to request a refund
Email hello@clearhold.nz from the email address on your ClearHold account. Include the invoice ID if you have it (it's on your receipt). We'll process eligible refunds within 5 business days back to the original payment method.
